BOLLINGER CHAMPAGNE, DARLING*

One of the most common prejudices about our job is that we spend our days going to fancy places, just chatting away and sipping champagne. Thank you, Absolutely Fabulous for that one. But oh well, recently that turned out to be exactly how we spent our entire day (for once). When restaurant Dim Dining was invited by the champagne house of Bollinger for an exclusive tour of their domain in the champagne region followed by an exclusive pairing menu, we naturally had to join them. Firstly, we made sure that this privileged experience was shared on their social media. Secondly, we just kind of had an amazing day. Surrounded by bottles of vintage champagne, a ton of heritage and the great team of Dim Dining. We’ve been to worse places.
