The team at Dada Chapel knows exactly that and decided to let their beloved Bhrum – made from sugar beets instead of classical sugar cane – age in virgin American oak barrels. ‘Aged Brhum’ is the first matured distillate by Dada Chapel in Ghent, and continues in their tradition of going off the beaten track and taking on a dadaistic approach.
