ABOUT WITH LOVE NANS*

With Love Nans* is a creative communications and PR agency based in Antwerp. For 15 years, we’ve been supporting carefully selected brands – mainly from the Netherlands – in reaching their target audience and strengthening their story. We believe that communication only truly works when it evokes emotion.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a project manager, you are a key link within With Love Nans*. You work closely with the founder and translate strategic ideas into concrete, result-driven actions. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and leading a variety of projects, from creative concepts to fully developed campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality remains consistently strong.

This role requires both a doer and a thinker. Someone who can contribute strategically and take charge of practical execution. You bring structure, keep an overview, and aren’t afraid to make decisions.

You’ll work independently within a small, passionate team and communicate smoothly with freelancers, partners, and clients. The pace is fast, the projects are diverse, and your impact is immediately visible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A glimpse of your daily tasks:

Implement communication and PR strategies for clients
Write, coordinate, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and social content
Actively grow our media network and maintain press relationships
Guard the tone of voice and visual identity of WLN* and clients in all communication
Plan and organize events, activations, and other creative ideas
Maintain an overview: planning, budgeting, timing, to-dos, and follow-up
Support the founder with daily decisions, priorities, and brainstorms
Balance structured thinking with out-of-the-box creativity

WHO ARE YOU?

A strong all-rounder with a feel for communication, structure, and ambiance.
You are someone who:

Has 5 to 10 years of experience in communications and PR
Combines creative ideas with a clear and effective approach
Works independently and collaborates well in a small team
Takes initiative and shows ownership
Is proactive and hands-on
Is skilled with Dropbox, MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
Communicates fluently in Dutch, French, and English
Knows the media world and loves thinking about new formats
Likes planning and organizing
