When the young and ambitious Dim Dining team announced to us they would join forces with none other than Belgium’s only 3 Michelin star chef Peter Goossens, we immediately knew we had some heavenly dishes coming our way! 

And boy, were we right. We were very lucky to be part of this amazing project and taste this extremely delicious, surprising menu by our culinary godfather. We are thankful to the whole team for their spirit, their eagerness to absorb all expertise and simply realizing heaven on a plate.
