WEEK WITHOUT MEAT ON TOUR: CRISP X ELISABETH VAN LIEROP*

This year, the ‘Week Without Meat’ goes international and takes place in Belgium for the very first time. And when vegan expert Elisabeth Van Lierop joined forces with grocery app Crisp for this very occasion, we were immediately there for it. Because an ambassador ànd an official partner of the 'Week Without Meat' creating 100% plant-based and family friendly recipes, that is what we call a match made in heaven. On the menu: vegan food, full of flavour, with a minimum of food miles.
But as we all know, the proof is in the pudding. Or in the vegan meal in this case. So with a fully loaded Crisp van, we enthusiastically rode off to the editorial offices of DPG media and Roularta with our lovely ambassador in tow. On offer: a vegan Indian tandoori with roasted cauliflower and flatbread, a perfectly comfortable vegan lasagne with pumpkin and spinach and last but not least, noodles with oyster mushroom, pak choi and smoked tofu. With warm hearts, full bellies and bite-sized inspiration, we left editors with a new-found love for vegan dishes.
